Artwork Size

We can print any size required. Please contact us today if you need to organise a custom quote request.

Bleed & Trims

Bleed is required if there is a background image in the artwork which runs to the edge of the artboard. To do this make sure your artwork setup runs into the bleed area. Your document should have 3mm bleed on all edges, and exported when you’re finished to a high resolution PDF with bleed and trim marks. If you require pre-press on a print ready file (size adjustments, colour correcting) there will be an additional pre-press fee starting at $40.

Colour Matching

Digital printing requires all artwork to be submitted in cmyk (cyan, magenta, yellow & black).
Offset printing methods use a pantone matching system (pms).

If you require an exact colour they are the best methods to achieve this.

All PMS Colours must be embedded in the artwork.

Image Resolution

For clear & crisp printing, we require artwork no less then 300DPI. Any files submitted lower than 300DPI can produce blurry and pixelated results when printed.

NOTE: Images saved straight from the web are typically 72DPI they look good on a monitor but are not suitable for print.

Fonts

All text must be converted to outlines or curves before saving. This will eliminate any font issues.

All text must be a safe distance from the edge of the sheet. You should have a minimum of 5mm space between the text and the edge of the sheet.

File Format

All artwork supplied to us needs to be print ready and saved as a PDF File. There are many ways of saving a PDF, some applications are Adobe Acrobat,

along with Microsoft Word and Publisher, if you do not have Illustrator or Indesign.
